I’m Fanni, founder of Secret Sayari Africa.

I moved to Kenya from Germany seven years ago and quickly fell in love with the country, its people, and its extraordinary landscapes. What began as a new chapter soon became home, where I now live with my husband and our two young daughters.

Together, we’ve explored East Africa through family adventures, quiet escapes, and time in nature, experiences that continue to deepen my connection with the region.

Secret Sayari was born from the way we live. Before Kenya, our lives unfolded across Germany, England, France, the United States, and Canada. Movement, discovery, new landscapes, new cultures, travel has never been an escape for us. It has always been part of who we are.

I’ve always loved hosting and creating experiences that feel effortless yet thoughtful, whether at home or out in the wild. Over time, I began planning journeys for friends and family, combining a strong attention to detail with a deep care for how people feel when they travel. For me, it’s never just about the itinerary. It’s about making people feel completely at ease, comfortable, thoughtfully looked after, and amazed by what they experience.
